Organized Chaos Series

This series of abstract paintings represent a body of work influenced by a period in my life

where I was being pulled in many directions, at times feeling lost and confused,

and yet always striving for a sense of control and balance.

Color, shape and movement are at the centre of this body of work. You will often find the contrast of warm and cool colors vying for attention and yet harmoniously coming together. Layers upon layers of geometric shapes, are strategically arranged, to create depth and dimension and invite you in. While movement at times has a chaotic rhythm, it also strives to deliver a sense of balance and calmness.
